Mechanisms in real life

You have studied 3 general kind of mechanisms (simple, trnsmission and transforming) and several cases of each one (such as lever, pulley, gears). Find one example of these (i.e. of the lever) in the real life and add a comment about what it is used for and where you found it

  1. The inner part of a car's engine is a cranckshaft mechanism. In the inner part of a cylinder, fuel is burnt causing an explosion which pushes the cranck, which forces the shaft rotation

  2. Uses of a cranckshaft: The crankshaft, sometimes abbreviated to crank, is the part of an engine that translates reciprocating linear piston motion into rotation.

  3. Uses of a inclined plain: There are most found for example in ramps ,slides etc.
An inclined plane can be used as a ramp to lift heavy loads gradually and allowing the use of a smaller force over a longer period to move that load. This is in contrast to lifting the object all at once up across a specific distance.

  4. Gears: The gears are very common for machines movement, such as cars, motorcycles, watches etc ... It is called the gear mechanism used to transmit power from one component to another within a machine.the gears are formed by two gears, which the higher is called "crown" and the lower "gear." a gear used to transmit the circular movement by contact of teeth wheels
